Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer having an optical resolution ability to selectively separate optical isomer by a simple method; to provide a method of manufacturing the polymer; and to provide an optical resolution film, an optical separating agent and an optical separation method using the polymer. ; SOLUTION: Provided is the optically active polymer having one optically active amino acid residue in a main chain of a repeating unit. Alternatively, provided is the optically active polymer represented by general formula (I), wherein A represents a residue in which carboxy is removed from N-substituted amino acid which is dicarboxylic acid which is optically active; and B represents a residue in which an amino group is removed from a diamine. Also provided are the optical resolution film, a molecule imprint film for optical resolution, a nanofiber film for optical resolution, and a filler for an optical resolution column, using the polymer. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
