Patent Title: Molecularly printed polymer for detecting the pentraxin protein, and method for preparing same
Publication date: 2011
Publication number: WO/2011/081272
Abstract: The present invention relates to a molecularly printed material for detecting the pentraxin protein, and to a method for preparing same, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a molecularly printed polymer for detecting the pentraxin protein, which involves preparing a reactor-pentraxin protein ligand (L-S-R) in which a reactor (R) and a pentraxin protein ligand (L) are bound together, and enabling the thus-prepared ligand to react to the pentraxin protein, mixing a cross-linking agent and an initiator with the resultant substance, and performing a photopolymerization or thermal polymerization process on the resultant substance to thereby prepare a polymer to which a ligand molecularly imprinted with the pentraxin protein is bound. The method of the present invention enables the reactor-pentraxin protein ligand (L-S-R) in a molecularly imprinted form, the pentraxin protein ligand (L) of which is capable of being polymerized directly onto a reactive surface, to be chemically reacted on the reactive surface, to thereby prepare a molecularly printed material to which the pentraxin protein reacts in a more specific way. The reactor-pentraxin protein ligand (L-S-R) of the present invention can be applied to various types of polymerizations or chemical reactions. The binding force of the molecularly imprinted pentraxin protein ligand of the present invention has stronger than that of a single pentraxin protein ligand, and thus can more easily detect the pentraxin protein.
