Publication date: 2012
Publication number: KR20120050189
Abstract: PURPOSE: A chip for detecting C-reactive proteins is provided to improve detection effect by improved binding constant. CONSTITUTION: A chip for detecting C-reactive proteins comprises a fixed layer which is formed on a metal substrate and contains azide or acetylene terminal group R1 and a molecular imprinting layer which is formed on the fixed layer and containing R2-X-phosphocholine. The R2 indicates azide or acetylene terminal group. The metal substrate is gold, silver, copper, palladium, or mixture thereof. The molecular imprinting layer contains acetylene-C1-30alkylene-phosphorylcholine, propagyloxy-C1-3-alkylene-phosphoylcholine, or azido-C1-30alkylene-phosphorylcholine.
