The invention discloses an olaquindox flow injection molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence on-line coupled detection method, which comprises steps of: molecular imprinting polymer preparation; establishment of a flow injection molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence on-line coupled system; flow injection molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence on-line coupled detection and the like. According to the invention, the prepared molecular imprinting polymer which has high selectivity to olaquindox is used as an adsorbent so as to avoid poor selectivity of a traditional adsorbent. The method provided by the invention is a rapid and sensitive detection method with a wide detection range of olaquindox by the combination of flow injection molecular imprinting on-line enrichment and chemiluminescence. The method provided by the invention has advantages of low cost, simple experimental operation and high sensitivity, and is suitable for rapid detection of trace olaquindox in various agricultural products.
