The detecting device comprises a solution trial jar, connecting stand pipes, a sorption pump, a horizontal pipe, a stock solution pipe, a switch valve, a fiber condensation instrument, a right connecting pipe and a left connecting pipe; wherein the upper part of each of at least three solution trial jars is fixedly installed with the connecting stand pipe; the liquid inlet end of the sorption pump is fixedly installed with the horizontal pipe communicated with a liquid inlet opening of the sorption pump; the upper ends of the connecting stand pipes are connected with the horizontal pipe and communicated with each other; a valve is fixedly arranged on the connecting stand pipe; the stock solution pipe is fixedly installed on the liquid outlet end of the sorption pump; the switch valve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the stock solution pipe. The detecting device has a simple and compact structure. As the propofol has property of emitting fluorescent, the conducting of photoelectric signal can be realized by a fiber optic chemical sensor, remote monitoring can be realized continuously, in real-time and online, so that the detection of propofol in organism is more simple, time-saving and precise.
