Patent Title: Photochemical preparation method of metal ion imprinted polymeric microspheres
Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102304197
Abstract: The invention discloses a photochemical preparation method of metal ion imprinted polymeric microspheres. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding initiator, dispersant and a functional monomer into a solvent, and performing a photoreaction in ultraviolet ray to obtain emulsion; 2) placing the emulsion in the step 1) in alkaline liquor for sufficient immersion, removing the alkaline liquor, and sufficiently immersing in a metal ion solution; 3) dissolving the initiator and the dispersant in the solvent, adding the immersion solution in the step 2) and a cross linking agent, and reacting sufficiently in ultraviolet ray to obtain metal ion imprinted polymer microsphere emulsion; and 4) eluting metal ions in the polymer microsphere emulsion, cleaning and drying to obtain the metal ion imprinted polymer microspheres. The polymer microspheres prepared by the preparation method have uniform grain diameters, the defects of easy agglomeration, nonuniform reaction and the like in a conventional method are avoided, and the microspheres have good selective adsorption to metal ions.
