Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of a surface localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)-based molecular imprinting bionic olfaction Ag nano wire sensor. The preparation method of the surface LSPR-based molecular imprinting bionic olfaction Ag nano wire sensor is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) pre-treating an aluminum sheet; 2) performing primary anodic oxidation; 3) removing an aluminum oxide film generated on the surface by chemical corrosion; 4) performing secondary anodic oxidation; 5) performing vapor deposition on a layer of metal in the front of an aluminum oxide template subjected to the secondary anodic oxidation on the surface of an aluminum layer to form a conductive electrode, removing the aluminum layer by using 0.5mol/L CuC12 solution, removing a blocking layer through corrosion by using 5 weight percent phosphoric acid solution at the temperature of 30 DEG C, and obtaining a blocking layer removed aluminum oxide template; 6) electrochemically depositing Ag in a pit on the back of the blocking layer removed aluminum oxide template by using cyclic voltammetry; and 7) finally, dissolving the aluminum oxide template by using alkali solution, and thus obtaining the surface LSPR-based molecular imprinting bionic olfaction Ag nano wire sensor. The Ag nano wire sensor can be applied to detection of dioxin substances.
