Aspartic acid chiral resolution method

The invention discloses an aspartic acid chiral resolution method, belonging to the technical field of molecular imprinting. The method comprises the following steps: 1. preparing grafted particles P4VP/SiO2; 2. preparing an antipode L-Asp molecularly imprinted material MIP (molecularly imprinted polymer)-P4VP/SiO2; 3. separating L-Asp from the L-Asp molecularly imprinted material MIP-P4VP/SiO2; and adsorbing the L-Asp on columns, and desorbing with 0.08-0.2 mol/L sodium hydroxide after the L-Asp imprinted material MIP-P4VP/SiO2 adsorbs the L-Asp to a saturated state. The MIP-P4VP/SiO2 has favorable resolution performance for the template molecule L-Asp. The invention has the characteristics of simple technique, low cost, small environmental effect and the like, does not need special equipment, and can easily implement industrialization.
