Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polymer beads is provided to simply and economically manufacture a coating polymer beads capable of more sensitively detecting 1-hydrxyprrene. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polymer beads comprises: a step of mixing metal alkoxide and 1-hydroxypyrene with solvent; a step of mixing the mixture solution and polymer beads; a step of removing solvent by stirring the mixture with flowing inactive gas; a step of hydrolyzing the product; a step of adding acetonitrile solution containing ethanol and acetic acid, and then removing template molecures1-hydroxyprene by stirring; and a step of correcting the polymer beads in which 1-hydroxyprene detecting molecular imprinting ultramicro thin film is coated.
