Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of a phthalophos molecular imprinting polymer. The preparation method is mainly and technically characterized by comprising the following steps of: dissolving phthalophos as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and trimethylolpropane methyl methacrylate as a cross linker in a pore-foaming agent according to mole ratio of 1:4:4, wherein the pore-foaming agent is a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene in a ratio of 3:1; adding azobisisobutyronitrile, then carrying out thermal-initiated polymerization at 60DEG C and reacting for 24h; after the reaction is ended, crushing and sieving a product; carrying out Soxhlet extraction with a mixed solution of methanol and glacial acetic acid in a volume ratio of 9:1 to remove the template molecule; and vacuum drying to obtain the phthalophos molecular imprinting polymer. The invention has the advantages of low cost, simple synthesis process and easily-controlled reaction conditions; and the prepared molecular imprinting polymer can be used for detecting residual phthalophos in the food, enriching the trace phthalophos and purifying a substrate and has high application value and broad market prospect in actual application.
