Patent Title: Preparation method of aptamer-based molecularly imprinted membrane electrode for detecting organic arsenide in marine products and application
Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102520039
Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of an aptamer-based molecularly imprinted membrane electrode for detecting organic arsenide in marine products and application. The preparation method of the molecularly imprinted membrane electrode comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a functional monomer aptamer which can be synthetized with the organic arsenide to form a molecularly imprinted polymer; (2) preparing organic arsenide template molecules, aptamer functional monomers, crosslinking agent, porogen, initiator and organic solvent into molecularly imprinted polymer solution; and (3) modifying the molecularly imprinted polymer based on the aptamer onto the surface of an electrode of a sensor. A surface modification technology is applied to the preparation of the aptamer-based molecularly imprinted membrane electrode for detecting the organic arsenide in the marine products, so that the preparation of the aptamer-based molecularly imprinted membrane electrode for detecting the organic arsenide in the marine products has controllability, and the sensitivity and the accuracy of the electrode are improved.
