Abstract: The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted polymer for detecting methyl-2-acetyl-N-1,4-dioxyquioxaline and a preparation method thereof. The polymer is prepared by using methyl-2-acetyl-N-1,4-dioxyquioxaline as a template and by polymerize a functional monomer in the presence of the template, a cross-linking agent, a pore-forming agent and an initiator. The molecularly imprinted polymer for detecting methyl-2-acetyl-N-1,4-dioxyquioxaline has high cross reaction and obvious selectivity for methyl-2-acetyl-N-1,4-dioxyquioxaline and is expected to be widely used as a pretreatment material for analyzing a methyl-2-acetyl-N-1,4-dioxyquioxaline sample.
