Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102504142
Abstract: The invention discloses molecularly imprinted polymer for reserpine and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a functional monomer allyl-beta-cyclodextrin and a template molecule reserpine in dimethylsulfoxide, and mixing at room temperature for 6 to 24 hours; and adding a crosslinking agent ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and an initiator, degassing by using ultrasonic waves, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, sealing, performing thermal-initiation polymerization, and cleaning to remove the template molecule. By the molecular recognition capacity of beta-cyclodextrin and the molecular recognition capacity of a molecular imprinting technology, the molecularly imprinted polymer for reserpine is prepared, and a good recognition effect is achieved by optimizing a ratio of various raw materials. The molecular recognition capacity of the beta-cyclodextrin is greatly influenced by modification of the beta-cyclodextrin, so allyl causing small structural change of the beta-cyclodextrin is introduced into a polymerizable unit, the double molecular recognition capacity of the beta-cyclodextrin and the molecular imprinting technology is fully utilized, and the recognition effect is improved.
