Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction small column for separating a pyrethroid pesticide. The molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction small column for separating the pyrethroid pesticide is characterized by consisting of cypermethrin as template molecules, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent according to a mol ratio of 1:(2-8):10; and a pyrethroid pesticide molecularly imprinted polymer obtained with a mass polymerization method is filled into a polypropylene solid phase extraction small column to obtain the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction small column for separating the pyrethroid pesticide. According to the invention, the pyrethroid pesticide in an aquatic product or a water environmental sample can be efficiently and selectively separated, enriched and purified. Compared with the liquid-liquid extraction and the conventional solid phase extraction, the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high enriching and purifying efficiency, low consumption of organic solvent and the like.
