Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing a Clenbuterol surface molecularly imprinted material. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) activating silica gel; (2) bonding the double bond of the silica gel; (3) performing surface chemical grafting on the silica gel; and (4) preparing a product. The invention also discloses application of the surface molecularly imprinted material to the detection of Clenbuterol residues. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: the preparation process of the Clenbuterol surface molecularly imprinted material is simple and high in operability, and preparation cost is low; and the surface molecularly imprinted material is high in specificity, short in Clenbuterol adsorption balance time and elution time and good in elution effect.
