Patent Title: Molecularly imprinted polymer chromatographic column, its preparation method and application
Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102344568
Abstract: The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted polymer chromatographic column, its preparation method and application. The method comprises the steps of: 1) reacting silica particles with hydrochloric acid, drying the reactants after the reaction, thus obtaining activated silica particles; 2) mixing a template molecule and a functional monomer in a solvent uniformly for reaction, after the reaction, adding the activated silica particles from step 1), a cross-linking agent and an initiator, and mixing them well for a polymerization reaction, thus obtaining a molecularly imprinted polymer; 3) mixing the molecularly imprinted polymer from step 2) with a solvent so as to obtain a suspension liquid which is filled into a chromatographic column, thus obtaining the molecularly imprinted polymer chromatographic column (called MIP column for short). The method of the invention can be used for large scale separation and extraction of effective active components in plants. The prepared MIP column can specifically separate the template molecule, and is slightly affected by the substrate components. With good stability, the MIP column of the invention can be used continuously for a long time.
