Acetic acid and methanol solution with the volume fraction of 12 to 18 percent is used for Soxhlet extraction for 12 to 22 h so as to remove apigenin template molecules, and then the material is obtained through washing and drying. The invention has the advantages that a specific recognition capability to apigenin molecules is achieved, the selectivity is high, the adsorbing speed is fast, the adsorbing performance is excellent, the biological degradation is achieved, the process is simple, and regeneration capability and environmental protection are achieved.
