Photopolymerization-based orfloxacin molecular engram membrane electrode and preparation and application thereof

The invention provides a simple, sensitive and quick photopolymerization-based molecular engram membrane electrode for detecting orfloxacin, belonging to the technical field of detection. A preparation method of the molecular engram membrane electrode comprises the following steps of: undergoing a reflux reaction on orfloxacin and acrylamide in the molar ratio of (1-3):4 at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C by taking acetic acid as a solvent; adding a crosslinking agent, and polymerizing under the protection of nitrogen for 15-20 minutes to obtain a polymer fluid; and dripping the polymer fluid onto a polished and ultrasonically-treated gold electrode, irradiating under a mercury lamp of 400-600W for 20-40 minutes, flushing the gold electrode with a mixed solution of methanol and acetic acid for 10-15 minutes, and eliminating a template. The molecular engram membrane electrode for detecting orfloxacin has the advantages of specific recognition ability on orfloxacin molecules, remarkable detection effect, easiness, practicability, high sensitivity, high instantaneity, high accuracy, reduction in the influences of other interfering substances, easiness for operating and low cost.
