Patent Title: Process for synthesizing tea saponin molecularly imprinted polymer
Publication date: 2013
Publication number: CN102863585
Abstract: A process for synthesizing a tea saponin molecularly imprinted polymer comprises the steps of (1) synthesizing a monomer which is a template molecule compound, wherein tea saponin and methyl cyanide are added into a container, acrylamide is added after the tea saponin and the methyl cyanide are fully dissolved, then methanol is added and fully dissolved, and a reaction is conducted; (2) synthesizing a cross-linked copolymer, wherein ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, azobisisobutyronitrile and diethyl ether are added into the container, ultrasonic desaeration is conducted for 30min, then nitrogen (N2) is blown for 10min, an opening is sealed, a thermostatic waterbath polymerization reaction is conducted for 30h, and obtained lumps are crushed to be within a range of 50-100 meshes and dried at a temperature of 60 DEG C for 10h; and (3) eluting template molecules, wherein template molecules are immersed in a constant-temperature acid solution, washed to be neutral and dried to the constant weight at the temperature of 60 DEG C. The process is high in pertinence and mature in technology and can serve as preliminary industrial study.
