Gatifloxacin molecularly imprinted polymer and preparation method of polymer

The invention discloses a fluoroquinolone type medicine molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method of the polymer, and particularly relates to a gatifloxacin molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method of the polymer. The method comprises bonding a commercial aminopropyl silane coupling agent to silicon hydroxyl on the surface of a SiO2 particle, introducing amino(-NH2) to the surface of the SiO2, and subsequently bonding an ATRP (Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization) initiator to the surface of SiO2 by utilizing the condensation reaction of the functional groups and acyl chloride or acyl rtomide, so as to obtain the synthesized molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). Compared with the prior art, the silica gel surface imprinting technology has the following unique advantages that a modifying group on the surface of the silica gel is controlled by a valence bond distance, so that strong recognition function only acts to corresponding substrates, the influence of non-specific absorption to selectivity can be reduced greatly, the embedding phenomenon is reduced greatly, the dynamics property on absorption-desorption is improved, and thus the polymer has the advantages of having the rigidity of an inorganic substrate and organic toughness, multifunctional substrate and the like, and can be well used in solid-phase extraction absorbents and chromatographic supports.
