Preparation method of urethane molecularly imprinted polymer

The invention discloses a preparation method of urethane molecularly imprinted polymer, which comprises the following five steps: 1. synthesis of dimethyl-4-aminophenyl-dioxane; 2. pretreatment of cyclodextrin; 3. preparation of cyclodextrin containing aldehyde group; 4. crosslinking polymerization of Schiff base compound; and 5. elution of urethane template for obtaining the molecularly imprinted polymer. In the method, beta-cyclodextrin molecules are utilized for performing graft modification to functional groups with exclusive recognition activity and used as molecularly imprinting material substance; the urethane pollutant is taken as the template; through the above steps, specific functional material for exclusively adsorbing the urethane pollutants is obtained. The prepared urethane molecularly imprinted polymer has the advantages of good biocompatibility and incapability of secondary pollution. As the used ligand is compatible with organism, the urethane molecularly imprinted polymer has high-effective and exclusive recognition effect which is same as that of an organism recognition system, and can be used for recognition in water phase at high efficiency.
