Abstract: The invention provides a salinomycin molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method thereof. The salinomycin molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared by following steps that 1) salinomycin, functional monomer, a cross-linking agent, initiator and porogen are uniformly mixed so as to prepare mixed liquor, the molar ratio of the salinomycin to the functional monomer to the cross-linking agent to the initiator=1: (3-10): (15-50): (0.9-1.6); 2) the mixed liquor is ultrasonically degassed for 5-10 minutes, nitrogen leads into the mixed liquor for 5-10 minutes, after oxygen molecules are removed, the mixed liquor is closed, in-situ polymerization is carried out in a thermal initiation manner, thermal initiation conditions include that the temperature ranges from 45 DEG C to 75 DEG C and reaction time is 12-36 hours, and accordingly a high polymer containing the salinomycin is obtained; and 3) the polymer obtained in the step 2) is ground into powder, 15-45% of acetic acid and methyl alcohol mixed liquor is used for washing and removing template molecules, then methyl alcohol is used for extracting and removing acetic acid, and vacuum drying is carried out. Accordingly, the prepared salinomycin molecularly imprinted polymer has specific affinity and high selectivity to the salinomycin, and can be used for extracting, separating, gathering and detecting salinomycin molecules.
