Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102633939
Abstract: The invention provides a zearalenone molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method thereof. The zearalenone molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared through the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing zearalenone with functional monomers in a pore-foaming agent in a molar ratio of 1: (4-11), and further adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator according to the proportion of zearalenone to the cross-linking agent to the initiator of 1: (20-60): (0.75-1.5) to prepare a mixed solution; 2) carrying out ultrasonic degassing on the mixed solution, introducing nitrogen, removing oxygen molecules, then sealing, and then performing thermal-initiated polymerization for 10-24 hours at the temperature of 40-70 DEG C to obtain a high polymer containing zearalenone; and 3) grinding the high polymer containing zearalenone into powder, further performing repeated sedimentation with acetone to remove fine particles, sequentially washing with a mixed solution of acetic acid and methanol and a methanol solution, and drying in vacuum. The prepared zearalenone molecularly imprinted polymer has specific affinity and high selectivity on the zearalenone and can be used for extracting, separating, enriching and detecting zearalenone molecules.
