Abstract: Belonging to the technical field of laser Raman spectrum detection, the invention relates to a method for improving laser Raman spectrum detection sensitivity with a molecularly imprinted material. Detection with a portable laser Raman spectrometer comprises the steps of: placing a sample to be detected into a transparent glass bottle, then putting the glass bottle into a sample cell, making a probe of the laser Raman spectrometer and the molecularly imprinted material act on the sample to be detected simultaneously for detection; and before detection, setting the power and integration time of the laser Raman spectrometer respectively at 10-100mW and 1-20s. The method of the invention can improve the detection sensitivity of the laser Raman spectrometer.
