Patent Title: Molecular imprinting membrane electrode for detecting organic arsenide in marine products based on nucleic acid aptamer
Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN202442991
Abstract: The utility model discloses a molecular imprinting membrane electrode for detecting an organic arsenide in marine products based on a nucleic acid aptamer. The molecular imprinting membrane electrode comprises an electrode substrate, a first electrode matrix, a second electrode matrix and a third electrode matrix. The first electrode matrix is formed by integrally connecting a working electrode and a first wiring terminal through a first electrode connecting wire. The second electrode matrix is formed by integrally connecting a counter electrode and a second wiring terminal through a second electrode connecting wire. The third electrode matrix is formed by integrally connecting a reference electrode and a third wiring terminal through a third electrode connecting wire. The surface of the first electrode connecting wire, the surface of the second electrode connecting wire and the surface of the third electrode connecting wire are all coated with polycarbonate, the surface of the working electrode is coated with a reaction layer, and the reaction layer consists of a nucleic acid aptamer molecularly imprinted polymer which is fixed on the working electrode through a surface finish technology and can conduct specific molecular recognition biochemical reaction with the organic arsenide in marine products. The molecular imprinting membrane electrode is suitable for practical application of industrial biosensors for detecting the organic arsenide in marine products.
