Abstract: The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted membrane electrode based on nucleic acid adapters for detecting organic arsenide in a marine product and a preparation method of the electrode. The molecularly imprinted membrane electrode comprises an electrode substrate; a first electrode matrix, a second electrode matrix and a third electrode matrix are arranged on the electrode substrate; the first electrode matrix is connected with a first connecting terminal into a whole by a working electrode; the second electrode matrix is connected with a second connecting terminal into a whole by a counter electrode; the third electrode matrix is connected with a third connecting terminal into a whole by a reference electrode; and a responding layer is coated on the surface of the working electrode, and the responding layer consists of a nucleic acid adapter molecularly imprinted polymer which is fixed on the working electrode by adopting a surface modification technology and can generate specific molecular recognition biochemical reaction with the organic arsenide in the marine product. The preparation method is simple, the electrode is stable in performance and good in repeatability, and the method is suitable for industrialized practical application of organic arsenide detection biosensors in the marine product.
