The invention relates to a method for increasing the detection sensitivity of a laser Raman spectroscopy by adopting a molecularly imprinted material, belonging to the technical field of the detection of the laser Raman spectroscopy. The portable laser Raman spectroscopy is used for detection in the method; the method comprises the following specific steps of: placing a sample to tested in a transparent glass bottle, then placing the glass bottle in a sample sink of the laser Raman spectroscopy, and leading a probe of the laser Raman spectroscopy and the molecularly imprinted material to simultaneously act on the sample to be tested for detection; setting the power and the integration time of the laser Raman spectroscopy before detection, wherein the power is 10-350mW, and the integration time is 1-30s. The method provided by the invention can increase the detection sensitivity of the laser Raman spectroscopy.
