The invention relates to a method for improving detection sensitivity of laser Raman spectroscopy by using a molecularly imprinted material and belongs to the technical field of laser Raman spectroscopy detection. A portable laser Raman spectrometer is adopted for detection. The method comprises the following steps of: putting a to-be-tested sample in a transparent glass bottle, then putting the glass bottle in the sample cell of the laser Raman spectrometer, exposing the to-be-tested sample to the probe of the laser Raman spectrometer and the molecularly imprinted material at the same time, and detecting, wherein before detection, the power and integration time of the laser Raman spectrometer are set to be 10-350 mw and 1-30 s respectively. The method can improve detection sensitivity of the laser Raman spectrometer.
