Publication date: 2012
Publication number: CN102443117
Abstract: The invention provides a yohimbine molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving the functional monomers of allyl-beta-cyclodextrin and the template molecule of yohimbine in dimethyl sulphoxide, carrying out mixing at room temperature for 6 to 24 hours, adding the cross-linking agent of ethylene dimethacrylate and an initiator, carrying out ultrasonic degassing, allowing nitrogen to enter so as to remove oxygen, carrying out thermally initiated polymerization after sealing and carrying out rinsing to remove the template molecule. According to the invention, molecular recognition capability of beta-cyclodextrin and the molecular imprinting technology is utilized for preparation of the yohimbine molecularly imprinted polymer, and a good recognition effect is obtained through optimization of the proportion of various raw materials; since modification of beta-cyclodextrin has great influence on the molecular recognition effect of beta-cyclodextrin, allyl groups which slightly affect the structure of beta-cyclodextrin are selected to introduce polymerizable units, and double recognition capability of beta-cyclodextrin and the molecular imprinting technology is fully utilized to improve the recognition effect.
