Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a molecularly imprinted polymer chromatographic column, which comprises the following steps that: 1) silica microbead and hydrochloric acid are reacted with each other, and are dried after the reaction is completed, so the activated silica microbead is obtained; 2) the activated silica microbead and 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane are mixed in organic solvent for backflow reaction, and are dried after the reaction is completed, so the silica microbead which is coupled with aminopropyl is obtained; 3) the microbead which is obtained in step 2), initiator, HOBt.H2O, HBTU and DIEA are mixed and reacted in the organic solvent, and are dried after the reaction is completed, so the silica microbead which is coupled with the initiator is obtained; and 4) the microbead which is obtained in the step 3) and prepolymerization liquid are polymerized in a chromatographic column, and the molecularly imprinted polymer chromatographic column is obtained after the reaction is completed. The method is simple to operate, has small template molecule usage, less influencing factors, good repeatability and stability, can be continuously used for a longer time, and can be appropriately amplified.
