Patent Title: Method for preparing sumicidin molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres
Publication date: 2011
Publication number: CN102070750
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing sumicidin molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres, which sequentially comprises the following steps: 1. dissolving sumicidin used as template molecules and functional monomers into pore forming solvents; 2. adding cross-linking agents and evocating agents into obtained dissolution solution, carrying out sealing after nitrogen introduction and oxygen removal treatment, and then, placing the solution into an oscillator to be heated for reaction; 3. centrifuging the obtained reaction products, and dispersing collected polymers into extraction liquid with the volume rate of methanol/acetic acid being 8.5 to 9.5/1 again; 4. centrifuging the obtained polymer suspension after ultrasonic extraction, repeatedly and sequentially washing and centrifuging obtained precipitates, and obtaining polymers without template molecules; and 5. washing the polymers without template molecules to the neutral state by methanol, carrying out vacuum drying after suction filtration, and obtaining the sumicidin molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres. The polymer microspheres prepared by adopting the method have a good selective recognition function and higher combining capacity on the sumicidin.
