Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a molecularly imprinted polymer for Cyromazine. In the invention, a molecular imprinting technique is utilized to synthesize a molecularly imprinted polymer with high selectivity and high affinity for Cyromazine. The polymer has high affinity and selectivity for Cyromazine in water and a water solution containing less than 10% of acetonitrile or methanol, and the recovery rate of the polymer is higher than 90%. The molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has obvious selectivity for Cyromazine, and has wide application prospects as a sample pretreating material for analyzing Cyromazine in substrates, such as feed, milk and the like.
