Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method of a molecularly imprinted polymer capable of enriching caffeic acid phenethyl ester. The molecularly imprinted polymer capable of enriching the caffeic acid phenethyl ester can be prepared through uniformly mixing, nitrogen-blow deoxidization, constant temperature water bath reaction, soxhlet extraction and drying with the caffeic acid phenethyl ester as a template molecule, a mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran and isooctane as a pore-forming agent, 4-vinyl pyridine as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent and azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator.; The invention has the advantages that the prepared molecularly imprinted polymer capable of enriching the caffeic acid phenethyl ester has the advantages of simple synthesis, low cost, strong specificity, long service life and the like, can be used for separating and extracting the caffeic acid phenethyl ester from a natural product, in particular to natural products with low caffeic acid phenethyl ester content, and the molecularly imprinted polymer reaches the purposes of enrichment and purification.
