Abstract: The invention discloses methyltestosterone molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), and particularly relates to the MIPs with good identification ability and good selectivity characteristics. For polymer particles, the particle size is 100nm-5mum, the bore diameter is 15-25nm and the specific surface area is 10-100m<2>/g; the maximum binding capacity Qmax is 40-50 mu mol/g and the dissociation constant Kd is 4.02-4.2 mu mol/mL; and static adsorption distribution coefficient K is 5-10 and recognition factor beta is 10-40, which are obtained by measuring the change of solution concentrate before and after adsorption by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The polymers have good identification ability, good selection characteristics, good binding ability and good separating ability on methyltestosterone.
