Preparation and application of lidocaine molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column

The invention relates to preparation of an adsorbing material and an application thereof in medical separation and enrichment, in particular to preparation and an application of a lidocaine molecularly imprinted polymer and a lidocaine molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. The molecularly imprinted polymer is synthesized through mass polymerization by taking lidocaine as a template, taking itaconic acid as a functional monomer, taking ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent and taking N,N-dimethylformamide as a pore-forming agent, and the particles of the molecularly imprinted polymer are uniformly filled into the solid phase extraction column to obtain the lidocaine molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. The invention realizes high-efficiency separation, enrichment and purification of lidocaine in biological samples; compared with the traditional common solvent extraction method, C18 solid phase extraction method and other related technologies, the invention has high selectivity; and the lidocaine molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column can be used repeatedly and has low cost. The invention is expected to be a necessary means of pretreatment of lidocaine in biological samples.
