Novel indirect inhibition immunoassay method for measuring nicotine in body fluid

The invention discloses a novel indirect inhibition immunoassay method for measuring nicotine in body fluid, relating to a measuring method of nicotine in body fluid. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a molecularly imprinted polymer coated capillary by using nicotine as a template; (2) coupling the prepared capillary with a biosensor; (3) treating a nicotine sample and a standard sample by using organic acid salt, and adjusting the pH value; and (4) measuring the nicotine in the body fluid by using the online molecularly imprinted polymer extraction technology and the plasma resonance technology together. The method has the advantage that the nicotine in the body fluid can be effectively extracted and pre-enriched completely on line, and then can be rapidly, accurately and quantitatively analyzed.
