Patent Title: Method for preparing molecularly imprinted microgel with fluorescence detection function
Publication date: 2010
Publication number: CN101696281
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing molecularly imprinted microgel with fluorescence detection function, which comprises the following steps: dissolving maleic anhydride esterified starch-quinoline conjugate, acrylamide, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and theophyllinum in dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain mixed solution; adding methanol to the mixed solution, and stirring for 2 to 4h at room temperature; at atmosphere of a protective gas, adding azodiisobutyronitrile, reacting at a temperature of between 60 and 70 DEG C for 8 to 12h, separating, and obtaining a gelling product; and eluting the gelling product to remove template molecule theophyllinum to obtain the molecularly imprinted microgel. The method has the advantages of low cost, simple, convenient and quick operation, high sensitivity and the like; and the prepared molecularly imprinted microgel has good identification performance and excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility, and has potential application value in the field of medicament detection.
