Abstract: The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted membrane detecting device for tetracycline, which comprises a reactor, wherein the reactor is provided with a working electrode and a reference electrode; the working electrode comprises an electrode matrix which is formed by electrodepositing a platinum grain titanium sheet of a micro-nano structure; the reference electrode is a saturated calomel electrode; and the working electrode is a tetracycline molecularly imprinted membrane electrode. The invention also discloses the preparation and detection method of the molecularly imprinted membrane detecting device.; The invention utilizes the identity of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) to identify tetracycline special contamination without large-sized test apparatuses, has low test cost andsimple and portable operation and has obvious advantages in on-site detection or portable detection aspects. The test technology can be widely applied to detecting tetracycline antibiotic special contamination contained in food, waste water of pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, dye factories and the like.
