Abstract: The invention provides a stirring rod for a whole molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method thereof. When being used, the stirring rod has higher adsorption selectivity to a target molecule, and establishes a new separation and enrichment technique by combining with solid phase extraction. The prepared stirring rod for an organic molecularly imprinted polymer has selectivity of different degrees to a template thereof and an analogue thereof, can adsorb and enrich a target organic molecule and the analogue thereof in samples, such as environments, foods and the like, and establishes various fast measurement methods for low content target objects by combining with a plurality of detection methods.
