Publication date: 2009
Publication number: CN101591412
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres, and relates to a method for preparing polymeric microspheres. The method solves the problems that a molecularly imprinted polymer obtained by adopting a mass polymerization method has irregular particles and is easy to agglomerate. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, dissolving methacrylic acid and chloramphenicol into acetonitrile, adding ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and zaodiisobutyronitrile after the oscillation to obtain a mixture, performing ultrasonic treatment on the mixture, and then sealing the mixture after nitrogen aeration and oxygen removal; 2, performing heating polymerization on the sealed mixture for hours, cooling and centrifugating the mixture, and then naturally drying a precipitate; and 3, removing the chloramphenicol from the precipitate, washing the precipitate with methanol for 5h, and drying the precipitate to obtain the chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres.; The chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres obtained by the method have regular particle shapes, uniform size, and no agglomeration phenomenon, and increase the specific surface area of the chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres, thereby improving the adsorptivity.
