Method for separating clenobuterol hydrochloride through molecularly imprinted polymer

The invention relates to a method for separating clenobuterol hydrochloride through a molecularly imprinted polymer in the technical field of chemical engineering, wherein a preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing clenbuterol, methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate according to the mol ratio of 1:2 to 6:15, dissolving into a pore forming agent, placing into an ampere bottle, adding an initiator, charging nitrogen gas after ultrasonic processing, carrying out vacuum sealing, and carrying out thermal-initiated polymerization to form a blocky polymer; taking out the blocky polymer, grinding and screening; and drying the polymer, and then removing a template through Soxhlet extraction, high-temperature processing and solvent elution. A separation method comprises the following steps: homogenizing the molecularly imprinted polymer, filling into a polypropylene solid phase extraction small column, respectively adding a polyethylene sieve plate at the upper end and the lower end of a filling, and compacting the filling; activating the solid phase extraction small column, leaching the solid phase extraction small column, eluting, and collecting the clenobuterol hydrochloride. The molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by the method has high selectivity and high specificity, can resist bad environments and can be coupled with ELISA.
