Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method for an iron ion imprinted polymer. The method includes: dissolving epoxy resin and diethylenetriamine in methanol, conducting stirring and adding iron methacrylate, acrylamide, N, N-methylene-bisacrylamide, azobisisobutyronitrile and methanol, then performing stirring till obtaining a high polymer with a spatial network structure, carrying out further reaction to obtain a crosslinked copolymer, crushing and sieving the copolymer to obtain an iron ion imprinted polymer primary product, washing the prepared primary product by a methanol/hydrochloric acid solution, then conducting washing with distilled water till the primary product is neutral, and carrying out filtering and drying to obtain the final product iron ion imprinted polymer. With iron ion as the template, the method provided by the invention utilizes the ion imprinting preparation technology to synthesize the iron ion imprinted polymer. The final product has high adsorption capacity and good adsorptive selectivity on iron ions, and the synthesized iron ion imprinted polymer can be employed for filling to obtain a solid-phase extraction small column so as to be applied in solid phase extraction and enrichment of iron ions in water samples.
