Patent Title: Boric acid glucose-sensitive imprinted hydrogel based on gold surface and preparation method of hydrogel
Publication date: 2014
Publication number: CN104148038
Abstract: The invention discloses a boric acid glucose-sensitive imprinted hydrogel based on a gold surface and a preparation method of the hydrogel. The method comprises the following three steps: firstly forming a film on the surface of a gold sheet through a self-assembling manner by using a sulfydryl alcohol compound; subsequently introducing polymerizable double bonds to the surface of the gold sheet by using reaction between anhydride and hydroxyl; and finally performing initiation polymerization on acetylaminophenylboronic acid taken as a monomer, glucose taken as a template and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide taken as a cross-linking agent on the gold surface through ultraviolet initiation so as to synthesize hydrogel, and washing off the glucose after reacting, wherein a large quantity of glucose imprinted cavities are left in the surface of the gold sheet.; The boric acid glucose-sensitive imprinted hydrogel based on the gold surface can be used for specifically identifying, immobilizing, sensing, gathering, separating or detecting the glucose.
