Preparation method and application of dual-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction membrane

The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of a dual-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction membrane. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving, pre-polymerization, polymerization, template elution, and drying. According to the method, a triazole compound and a pyrethroid compound are adopted as dual templates; alpha-methacrylic acid is adopted as a functional monomer; nylon 66 is adopted as a base membrane; and the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction membrane with specific selectivity upon triazole and pyrethroid substances is synthesized. The preparation process is simple and is easy to control. The prepared dual-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction membrane has good stability, high strength, regular shape, and high absorption rates upon triazole and pyrethroid substances. The membrane can be directly applied, and does not require complicated processes such as grinding and column loading. The method is suitable for preparing the dual-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction membrane. The prepared product can be further applied in sample purification and enrichment in triazole and pyrethroid pesticide residue analysis of foods, feeds and other samples.
