Abstract: The invention relates to the technical fields of separation and analysis and particularly discloses a preparation method and application of a magnetic diethylstilbestrol molecularly-imprinted polymer based on an organic-inorganic hybridizing technology. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing ferroferric oxide particles by using a coprecipitation method; preparing silanized ferroferric oxide by using a stober method; preparing an organic and inorganic hybrid magnetic diethylstilbestrol molecularly-imprinted polymer by using a bulk polymerization method; and grinding the polymer, sieving, adding an eluent to extract and elute, and then, drying to obtain the magnetic diethylstilbestrol molecularly-imprinted polymer.; A target product, namely diethylstilbestrol, can be rapidly combined on the surface of the magnetic diethylstilbestrol molecularly-imprinted polymer synthesized by using the preparation method and can be rapidly separated from a reaction system under the action of an external magnetic field, so that the aim of efficiently separating a trace amount of diethylstilbestrol from a complex matrix at high specificity is achieved, and the sample pretreatment efficiency is greatly increased.
