Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a triazine anticoccidial medicinal composite molecularly imprinted polymer, and belongs to the technical field of molecular imprinting. The method comprises following steps: preparing a DIC (Diclazuril)-TOL (Toltrazuril) composite molecularly imprinted polymer by taking DIC as a template molecule I, taking TOL as a template molecule II, taking tetrahydrofuran as a pore-foaming agent, taking methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer, taking pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) as a cross-linking agent and taking azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator; and mixing the imprinted polymer with diatomaceous earth at equal mass to obtain solid-phase extraction column filler which has high recognition capability specific to the DIC and the TOL. Through adoption of the method, the technical problem that a conventional molecular imprinting technology can only be applied to solid-phase extraction column preparation of a single target compound but cannot be applied to separate solid-phase extraction column preparation of various compounds is solved.
