Patent Title: Beta-glucosaccharase magnetic molecularly-imprinted material and application thereof in timosaponin BII conversion
Publication date: 2015
Publication number: CN104263717
Abstract: The invention provides a beta-glucosaccharase magnetic molecularly-imprinted material which is prepared by a polyethylene-vinyl alcohol phase conversion method by using beta-glucosaccharase as a template molecule and polyethylene-vinyl alcohol as a crosslinking agent. The preparation method is simple, avoids the complex direct polymerization method, and has the advantages of controllable preparation process and obviously higher hydrolysis efficiency. The invention also provides a method for converting the timosaponin BII. The beta-glucosaccharase magnetic molecularly-imprinted polymer is utilized to hydrolyze timosaponin BII into timosaponin A III.
