Preparation of isocarbophos-enriched molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column

The invention discloses a preparation method of an isocarbophos solid phase extraction material which is based on the molecular imprinting technique and belongs to the technical field of detection. Based on a hyphenated technique of molecular imprinting and solid extraction, a molecularly imprinted polymer with peculiar isocarbophos is synthesized by means of thermal-initiation polymerization of a functional monomer and an initiator. By using the polymer as a specific enriching element and combining the solid phase extraction technique, a novel isocarbophos enriching and detecting method is established. The method has the function of specifically enriching trace isocarbophos in a lot of samples and is high in stability, not only can be used as a means for pre-treating and enriching samples, but also can be used as a specifically identifying material, and has a huge application potential in the industries such as determination of pesticide residues and food safety.
