Abstract: The invention relates to a gingerol pseudo-template molecularly imprinted polymer and a method for extracting gingerol from fresh gingers by using the ingerol pseudo-template molecularly imprinted polymer. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a pseudo-template, a functional monomer, a crosslinking agent, an initiator and a pore-foaming agent, ultrasonically degassing, then, nitrogenizing and deoxidizing, and polymerizing at 40-60 DEG C for 18-24 hours after sealing to obtain a polymer with template molecules; grinding and sieving the obtained polymer to remove the template molecules; drying the polymer without the template molecules to obtain the gingerol pseudo-template molecularly imprinted polymer;; packing a filler on the gingerol pseudo-template molecularly imprinted polymer by column chromatography, then performing column chromatography by using a fresh ginger extraction liquid, then eluting impurities by using a solvent, and finally eluting a chromatographic column by using a methanol acetic acid solution, wherein the effluent is gingerol. The molecularly imprinted polymer provided by the invention is strong in selectivity, so that the purity of the obtained gingerol is greatly improved and the separating cost is relatively low.
