The invention discloses a preparation method of a palm tree bark surface SAM molecular imprinted adsorption material, and is characterized in that with methyl acrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as functional monomers, SAM as a template molecule, palm tree barks as a supporting body, and dimethyl 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionate) as an initiator, the palm tree bark surface SAM molecular imprinted adsorption material is prepared by a bulk polymerization method. The palm tree bark surface SAM molecular imprinted adsorption material can separate SAM and a structural likeness under conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure; the SAM molecular imprinted polymer prepared by the method has particular holes, has a specific recognition ability on SAM, has the advantages of relatively high selectivity, good mechanical performance, quite good chemical stability, quick adsorption speed, easy elution, biodegradability and simple process, has a regenerative capacity, and is environmentally friendly.
